The Message Board has been due an upgrade for a long long time and ever since we appointed a few more moderators things have been changing for the better. Finally we have the new V2 board software installed and there are some nifty little things which have came along with it, read on…

First off its had a complete graphic overhaul and its looking a lot more dialled, smarter, simpler and should be quicker. Notice the Calendar on the left hand side not only is it good for reminding you how old someone is on their birthday but also any events which are worth going to will be posted on it. Any of the dates which are in bold mean that something is happening either be it someone’s birthday or a party, premier, jam etc… also underneath that you will see a box called “In the next 7 days” which as it says displays the events happening in the next 7 days which gives you a bit of time to organise getting time off sorted and not using the excuse that you didn’t know it was happening.

Next on the list is the “Shout Box” where you can do exactly that, say something public, give a holla, ask a question for the people online at the time to answer or just get something off your chest. Do what you want there, its a shout box/chat type thing and is refreshed every 5 seconds.

Some new additions to the members profiles is the “Trade Count” feature where you can now leave feedback based on a sale or swap you did with someone on streetphire. The idea is kind of like ebay’s feedback system where people with the more positive feedback should be easier for you to trust as being a good buyer/seller and those with none or negative feedback you should be a bit more wary about. Its up to you guys to make this happen so use it properly.
