If you have a pile of leftovers on your hard drive then I suggest following chef Dchum’s line of attack and put them all into a large bowl somewhere on a PC in Sunderland and baking the shit out of them for a few days until you come up with a prime offcuts video as per edit below. Enjoy the main feature of the weekend, hope riding has been good and if you haven’t had a session yet then get the hell out there and do it before we loose what summer we have left!

Featuring a mini interview with Billy Lad about sustaining injuries while out filming, some footage of Souter riding into the North Sea and lots of rails getting sent, ledges getting worn down and other various trickery that should keep you entertained.

The guys from The BMX Box went down to Nottingham for a private session at Flo Skatepark. Jonny Wilson was on hand with a camera to get some filming done and this is what he came back with. A few of the locals from Sunderland and Lee from the BMX Box did a little shop trip down to Hastings and the surrounding areas a couple of weekends back. Jonny Wilson was behind the lens and occasionally doing push-ups in his duds for some reason. They hit up the 4Down/Etnies park and the Seventies Our House, check out what they came back with below.
