I saw this clip last night on Teddy’s Instagram and had completely missed the boat on the drop of this BMXFU edit called LDN/6IX/NY which features a whole load of guys we’ve rode with and even some old streetphire message board lurkers.. It’s too much of a good edit not to watch.

Filmed and edited by Scott Barker (he’s got clips too) featuring riding from: Lloyd Wright, Micheal Morgan, Akin Hercules, Martin Cookie, Loz Taylor, Daniel Niles, Tom Sanders, Timeel Lewis, Chris Cadot, Jordan Krupa, Trent Barker and  Lee Dennis

Animal Bikes: Dan Boiski London Street 2016

/

April 25, 2016

/ H Man

It maybe three days old but its definitely worth the watch as Animal’s Dan Boiski hits up some amazing spots around the big smoke. Rails, pole jams, launchers, ledges and speed, this edit has everything the spring time awakening street rider needs to get the buzz before hitting a session. I’m sounding like a flipping personal trainer here so enough of that shit, hit up the video and enjoy. Oh and its filmed and edited well by Peter Adam and Toby Goodyear.

The guys from Metal Pegs BMX aka Ghetwak Crew have came up with the goods. Not only have they made an edit filmed over Winter time down in the Big Smoke but they’re also making batches of metal pegs available to purchase here for 25 spondooley (pounds ££) so if you’re in the search of a set of metal pegs give them a try, seems to be working out alright for the lads in the video.

Music:
Mugstar – Kabuki Skull (God Unknown Records)
Henge – Metal Petal (God Unknown Records)

Coming straight out of Windsor and the surrounding areas this little web edit hasn’t got much of a description, I think it’s been made by the guys over at Repose Brand.. Anyway the riding is raw and good, tune is punk as fook.

London street riding is always a treat, this is no exception, the Murky BMX guys come through with a sick edit from footage filmed over the summer of 2013. Lot’s of peg/rail action, some funny slams and good vibes. The tune is also very London 😛

The Bug – Skeng

I love a good raw footy edit and this is one of them goodn’s! Joe Johnson dropped this five minute street sesh featuring a whole boat load of London riders like Daniel Frampton, Tim Lewis, Ivan Maslarov, Daniel Niles, Darryl Munroe, Don Riccardo, Joe Johnson, Auri and Mike Morgan. There’s some sick lines and hammers with the background soundtrack of the city, enjoy the tranquility.

Jamie Smart: 2013 Street Edit

June 11, 2013

The titles are blowing my mind with creativity.. but if that doesn’t cut it for you then you should definitely give it a watch as Jamie shreds around the Croydon area of London. There’s a sweet toothy-hanger to ice on a flat rail which caught my eye and no doubt will catch yours along with a huge amount of other street tech.

Music:
Jam Baxter – Filet Mignon (Instrumental)

Saw this somewhere on the internet the other day as it popped up on a newsfeed, putting all that modern technology aside this video keeps the early 2000’s vibes going, using 4:3 filming on something that probably runs on a magnetic tape. Featuring a lot of UK favorites filmed in and around the London area. ‘Savour’ a new project by the Marv

Featuring Loz Taylor, Richie Goff, Marv, Tom Sanders, Dan Benson, James Cox, Timeel Lewis, Orlando, James Newrick and loads more.

Music:
The Cribs – Glandular Fever Got The Best Of Me

My apologies for not putting a TT the other day, so in an attempt to say sorry i’m putting up two photos for the price of one. Back in 2006 when DFTU was running the streets and bedroom industries were all the rage a small clothing brand called Mass Transit were having a road trip in London. The trip consisted of Joe Fox, Marv, Mouse, Mike Mills, Dan Cox, Cookie, Will Herman, Ratty, DFTU Steve, Baz, The Mitz and Rhys “McFleece” Coren. I wonder if anyone has the video online from the trip? Ratty??

Anyways here’s two snaps for you from that time, the first one is of Cookie doing a x-pegs smith at St Pauls and the second is over Mouse doing a wall ride to table in some playground down in Laaandaaan. Enjoy.

Petitions: Help Save Southbank

/

April 16, 2013

/ H Man

As part of a multi-million pound spend the people who run/own the Undercroft area better known to us as Southbank are wanting to re-develop the whole area and move the banks further down the river to a spot a few hundred yards away. As much as this could be a great opportunity to create a new space for riders, skaters and graf writers to use it will be taking away the very essence of what Southbank offers, a not so perfect, not purpose built area that has grown over the 30 years plus period that it’s been there into something which all people have learned to love and use on a daily basis, come rain, hail or shine. It’s become a massive tourist attraction too, it doesn’t matter if you ride or not but people passing the space love to get snaps and film whats going on down there and I myself have had some awesome times just hanging out with friends, filming, photographing or just passing by and seeing whats up.

So in an attempt to help save Southbank a petition and a jam has been setup but they need the numbers, they need you to sign the petition and it doesn’t matter if you’ve rode there before or not, it’s a classic, well known spot that’s been in use for longer than most of us have been alive and it shouldn’t be demolished as part of a re-development of a piece of land. Get signing the petition here and check out the flyer and video below. Im going to upload some photos from my visits to Southbank for the crack, so keep your eye’s peeled for that!

You can sign the petition here
